I allocate 2 hours per groom (2.5 hrs for XL ) Extra time will be charged at $20 per 15 mins

Prices may vary dependant on the condition of coat (matting) and behaviour (aggression or wriggly)

We reserve the right to refuse service to any pet or client for any reason

If your dog is aggressive a fee will apply and we may cancel the groom at the full cost

If i struggle with nail clipping, I may ask you to help, Failing that - it’s off to the vet

heavily matted dogs may require a full clip & a matting fee will apply.

Dogs are accepted for grooming if they are fit & healthy.

Grooming an elderly dog will be at the owner's risk.

Grooming may expose pre-existing health/skin conditions for which wag & bone cannot be liable.

if an accident happens during the groom, reimbursement & action will be taken on ‘wag & bone’s‘ behalf (this excludes matting)

In the event of an emergency, in your absence, you authorise ‘wag & bone’ to contact the nearest Vet to treat the pet as necessary at your expense.

Dogs found with fleas will require a mandatory flea wash & a fee will apply.

We do not perform anal gland expression (this is a job for a licensed vet)

We understand that life may delay you, we simply ask that you make a courtesy call.

Cancellation & re-scheduling of an appointment requires 24 hrs notice to waive 50% of the appointment fee.

A full service fee will be charged if less than 24hrs & for ‘no shows’.

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a groom if we feel it necessary.
